Website Purchases & Warranties
All Hentschel Clocks come with a two (2) year warranty at the time of sale. This includes all phone orders, mail orders, and website orders. Also all Schneider Anton and Black Forest Cuckoo clocks come with a two (2) year Factory warranty at the time of Sale. All clock sales are final, unless stated by mutual signed agreement by Mike's Clocks Emporium and the customer.

Return Policy
All phone, mailing, and online sales are final unless stated by a mutual signed agreement by Mike's Clock Emporium and the customer. If the product is damaged Mike's Clock Emporium will assist the customer in have that product replaced and or repaired.
